Improved background modeling on EPMA monazite U-Th-Pb chemical dating

After a few trials, I successfully applied our improved background modeling on the Pb and U analyses. The detailed WDS step scans of Pb Mα and U Mβ were S-G (Savitzky–Golay) filtered and "range-based" modeled. The data accuracy now have been significantly improved! Keep on working!
